Limited Lifetime Warranty Registration

APEX Siding purchased before May 4th, 2015 is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Owner-occupants of single-family dwellings who have purchased their siding and trim through an authorized APEX retailer are eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

In order to validate your Limited Lifetime Warranty on qualified APEX products, you must register your warranty within 60 days of installation. Please take a moment to register your products by writing to the address below.

Warranty Claims

If you have a warranty claim, please send a written request to:

Please include the following information in your letter:

• Your name, address and telephone number
• Date you purchased your product
• The name of the dealer or contractor that provided you with APEX products.
• Description of product
• Order number
• Specific definition of problem or defect
• Project photos

Once we have received the letter, we will respond to your claim promptly.
