Warranty Claims

If you have a warranty claim, please contact your dealer from whom you purchased your APEX products, as they are near you and familiar with your purchase and/or project.

If you purchased APEX products through a builder, remodeler or installer, you may need to contact them to find out the name and location of the APEX dealer with whom they placed your product order. If you cannot determine the name of the dealer, search the APEX dealer locator or call 866-307-3148 to find the one nearest you.

The dealer's service representative will help diagnose the problem and determine if the products are covered under warranty. If repair or replacement of materials is required, there may be charges for parts or labor.

If after five days, your local APEX dealer has not responded to your claim, please send a written request to:

Please include the following information in your letter:

• Your name, address and telephone number
• Date you purchased your product
• The name of the dealer from whom you purchased your APEX products
• Description of product
• Order number
• Specific definition of problem or defect
• Actions you have taken and contacts you have made with your local dealer

Once we have received the letter, we will respond to your claim promptly.
